The guy at the time was telli9ng me to buy Moen coz they have better quality, but to me this one looked fine, with similar warranty. Buy, was I wrong!! I regret buying this now, coz it stated leaking in just under a year! I have a leak around the faucet part that swivels. Water seeps from the top and drips down. I had a leak before and the water seeped down all the way to our finished basement and it was expensive to fix the basement wall and paint it. Sop, now I didn't want to take any chances so I went and got a Moen one from HD. And again, I have to spend more money to get it installed. I think this is just a sub standard cheap faucet. Won't recommend. Its a waste of money. Very unhappy and upset!

How to get replacement cartridge

Mine has started to drip. When I went to the store to get a replacement cartridge, they indicated they didn't have any and I needed to call them directly to get the cartridge. Finding no number anywhere, I used the one posted by HD in this QA section. It sends you a recording that hangs up on you and says the person is not available. Is there anyway to get a cartridge for one of these?

I have a leak around the faucet part that swivels. Water seaps from the top and drips down.

Is there part I can replace to stop the leak. I can not remove the swivel head up to see what is inside. Are there o rings there? I have model 65876-0004 which I installed less around May last year.

When you pull out the faucet, is the flexible tubing metal or plastic?
