Rated 1 out of 5 by from Need to replace the faucet I bought this a couple of months ago and the day after it was installed the whole neck of the faucet started spraying water all over the place. It's been wrapped in plastic and duct tape to try to keep most of the water in the sink (makes it less attractive) while I've been emailing back and forth with Glacier Bay (part of Home Depot but they pass questions back and forth as if they're not responsible for each other) to find out that if I don't rip out and return the whole unit they won't replace the faucet (it's not a "part" under the warranty). They won't take the whole unit back because I "damaged" it (drilling holes through the cabinet base for the plumbing). So much for the lifetime warranty or good pricing.

Very happy with it until last month, when the flex neck on the faucet started leaking , first in one place now in two. HD are reviweing my warranty claim now . They need to upgrade the faucet, since there are at least three other reviews with the same issue.

Associate gave me me another one from a new unit and this far it doesn’t leak but im fearful it may not last. I couldn’t return entire purchase as i had to drill into sides for install.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Flex hose on faucet leaking Purchased the unit about 2 days shy of 1 year and today the flex part of the faucet started leaking in 2 different spots. 1st at the base of the flex near the spout and within 2 minutes at the top of the flex near the solid extension. Going to get on the phone to HD immediately to try and resolve this. Hopefully HD does right and provides me with a new faucet for the unit.

This past week, the neck of the faucet starting leaking and spraying water all over the place. Overall the cabinet and sink are very good, and the size works well, but the faucet neck is of poor quality. Be prepared to replace it, if not failed already.

There seems to be an inordinate number of purchasers complaining about the faucet. So has the faucet been upgraded or should I look for an alternative?

I'm looking to purchase this mainly because of the tight space in the laundry. Could it be that the faucet started to leak due to too much flexing and stretching of the faucet neck ?

Hi, it was nice to know that the faucet is not of good quality, i would prefer no leaking, so can you recommend a faucet that we could purchase instead of installing the one that comes with it. What is a trap primer, is this something the sink will need

There has been no leaking in my faucet.  I’ve had it for over a year now and actually like it because of its flexibility in cleaning the entire sink and making rinsing clothes easier.

How tall are the adjustable legs? More specifically, how much height is there from the floor to the base of the cabinet?

I didn’t install this myself so i’m not sure how tall it can go for it’s maximum. But there are adjustable pieces under the actual legs. These are currently adding 1/2 in to the legs. The legs themselves are about 3.5 in in length so a total of 4 inches from the bottom of the cabinet to the floor.  Ps, we’ve had this for two years and the faucet is leaking between the sink and the head of the faucet. That whole peace sprays and leaks as soon as we turn it on and now have to replace it.

Can the door be changed to open from the left side instead of the right......if it can be changed I would prefer to have it open the other way
