Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Love This Sink! The price was right, it was in-stock and it was delivered free within three days - in the current supply chain disaster, this alone seems like a miracle. The cabinet is strudy and attractive (although the "slow-close" doors also mean "fast-open", as in, slam into my wall) and the sink itself feels huge. The faucet works brilliantly; I love the pull-down nozzle. I had it professionally installed by our plumber who offered up a better drain, informing me the one in the kit was junk. Everything else seems like good quality, though. This really takes our laundry/bathroom to another level!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You won’t be sorry. I’m sooooo happy with this sink. My plumber was also able to divert my laundry water into the below pipe instead of the usual water dump into the sink. Great price when you consider it includes faucet. The faucet does “shower” and regular water. There are two options for faucet either left ir right. Be sure to allow for backsplash tile depth so your faucet lever isn’t too close to wall. As other has commented, the sink thickness is not thick, and I’m noticing a couple tiny small dots of rust in the basin?? But not sure. Cabinet is huge!:) slow close doors, great! Realyl makes most of tub size. You will love it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Weak customer support 1, Drain pipes are plastic and impossible to finf non compression ABS pipe to fit with existing ABS plumbing. 2, Part "M" Trap Seal Primer does not appear to have any use, and I was not able to connect it with anything. Systems works fine without it. Note I called your help line to enquire ( Canadian spelling) about Part M, spent 20 minutes on the line just giving the person my name and address......wow. He then left me holding for another 20 minutes while he went to find a manual. I gave up waiting, but curious why he did not write or call me back as he had both my e-mail and phone number.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice cabinet and stainless steel sink The cabinet and sink were easy to install and do the plumbing. The quality of the sink, fixture and cabinet were excellent for the price. My only complaint with it is the drain parts were cheap plastic. I replaced the strainer with a stainless steel one and better quality PVC plumbing. Beyond that, great unit for the price, but would upgrade the drain parts to a stainless steel strainer and PVC plumbing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Buyers remorse. Overall, its not a bad tub, but cost cutting takes away from its upside. Pros: Looks great, and has a large sink stainless steel decent faucet with pulldown Cons: Faucet is offset mounted on the left or right side as shown. However most drains and supply lines come in through the centre, so expect at least one of your water supply lines to be too short, needing an extension. Clear cost cutting in this area. Stainless steel of the sink is so thin that no matter how tight the faucet is, it feels loose because the sink flexes when you move the faucet around. Again, the accountants ruined this area saving pennies. The P-trap included with the unit is total garbage and is much too thin and cheap and does not have a proper clean-out. Expect to have to buy a real one when you connect the unit. Overall its a laundry tub, but for the price they could have not skimped on these areas.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from sink is thin and flimsy Overall the unit is fairly good. The issue i have with it, and its a big one, is the sink is so thin the faucet isn't stable. When you install the faucet the first thing you will notice its that just turning it on/off or rotating the handle will literally bend the the sink where its mounted. its so weak the entire faucet moves and bends the top of the sink everytime you touch it. Im sure this will not last long with normal use in our laundry room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One for the bathroom & one for the laundry room A perfect replacement for those useless tiny bathroom sinks. Do ALL of the supply plumbing & threading BEFORE putting into place against the wall. (Me: "oops!") The open side of cabinet makes that part easy. Now you'll have a place to quickly fill a floor wash bucket. Thanks again, Home Depot for another great product shipped to my door in mint condition with the drain plumbing parts included. Provides you with stowage those old dainty bathroom sinks rob you of. A flower, or beauty shop owner should take note!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value This laundry sink and cabinet with faucet is very good value. My handyman had no issues with the installation (it was a replacement sink so minimal plumbing was required). It's quite attractive and spruces-up my laundry room. My only concerns are the cabinet doors feel a bit out of alignment and are a bit flimsy.

is the faucet a pull down spraying faucet

Yes, it is.

Are the sink strainer instructions accurate? They result in the strainer being above the level of the sink base due the the rubber gasket. Normal way would be to silicone strainer to sink outlet then rubber gasket on underside with card gasket and nut?

Asked by: Andrew
This is SILLY! The cardboard should NOT exist except for shipping purposes maybe. Cardboard will suck up water...and if the Dolphin Product Expert is to believed, we are to place it in direct path of the water by putting it ABOVE the sink! I suggest installing this like any other strainer. Plumber's putty sandwiched between sink and drain. rubber casket below. 1) Instructions in manual will cause water to pool at the bottom of the sink. 2) Instructions from Dolphin Product Expert will cause the carboard to soak up water and deteriorate within 5 minutes of testing. This will also cause a leak within minutes. Home Depot, this is important to test confirm and fix. Else there's a design flas in the product. We shouldn't be arguing about it in the forum.

How deep is the sink? Does the faucet pull out?

Asked by: BJ60
The sink is about a foot deep and the nozzle does pull out but it does not stay out. It snaps back when you let go of it

O/A height of cabinet shown as 34" with legs. Questions : Are legs removable and secondly is there a levelling bolt under each leg that would allow me to reduce overall height of cabinet by half inch to 33.5"? Thanks

Asked by: JoeS42
I doubt you could get half an inch, maybe just over a quarter inch. The legs are not removable and the entire base of the cabinet sits at the quarter inch level

what material is the cabinet made of? has anyone had water damage on the cabinetry?

Asked by: Sally
Cabinet box is made of particle board. Unsure of material in doors but they are fully coated. Have not had any issues so far related to water penetrating of the wood.
