The engineers who created this tap are god level genius. Never have I experienced such an easy, smooth, almost effortless install for a product that operates under such demanding circumstances. You will never go back to the old way. NEVER.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks great, easy install, but valve is abrupt Easy to install and looks good (but remember, uninstalling the old faucet is the hardest part). If your counter is rotted around the holes, there isn't much for this faucet to grip on - I reused a large brass ring from my old faucet and added it underneath. This faucet is very touchy: comes on all at once, very little ability to get a small low pressure stream without really being gentle and slow on the valve.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very very pleased! A++++ I bought this back in July of 2017 and it still works beautifully. It has a solid base with a good extra heavy weight for pull-down hose retraction. Simple and clean design with a smooth working handle. Best looking one of the bunch IMO. I did not need the optional base plate. One small negative about all of these single side handle faucets - A small puddle will be left on your counter when operated with wet hands and staining may occur especially on granite if not dried immediately.

There is no magnet to keep the head on which I think might be part of the problem. Water sprays water droplets everywhere. I will take it out of my kitchen and use it in my laundry room but for a kitchen faucet it just isn't good enough.

The weight for the pull down sprayer is much larger than the one on our previous faucet (which kept detaching on its own) and keeps the sprayer firmly in place when put back into position. It’s medium size and simple design is perfect for our kitchen.

After installing the faucet the sprayer head sits loosely and slightly misaligned with the neck of the faucet. Can anything be done to make it fit tighter and straighter or will I need to take the faucet back?

Can this faucet be mounted with the lever facing forward, rotated to the front so that you would operate it left and right for hot and cold instead of forward and back?

After the installation, it seems like the cold water doesn't seem to come thru. Even when the lever is all the way "cold" (ie. pulled all the way forward when the lever is as shown on the right side), it's still hot. All connections seem ok, thoughts?
