I purchase this product. I cannot get sufficient flow of water from the tap. Flow seems to be restricted.  Would take 2 hours to fill tub.

What size are the supply line threads?  I have regular shut offs with 3/8 thread but are way too small.

Does this tub filler have a 2-way type thermostatic coaxial cartridge with check valves? Is the hand shower a jet and scale free model? Has an integrated diverter to easily divert water from tub filler to hand shower? Base construction, solid brass?

Thank you. This unit does not have a Thermostatic cartridge, the hand shower is not a jet and scale free type, the diverter is on the main unit and does easily divert the water from spout to head and base construction is metal.

How long does it take to fill a tub with a flow rate of 1.8 gpm. That seems slow.

Thank you. The 1.8 GPM is for the hand shower attachment. This can get to 4 plus GPM depending on the water pressure in the house.

We have the above free standing unit... the hand wand is leaking as soon as you turn on the faucet tap...leaks even if your not using it...we need to take it apart so we can figure out what the problem is? Does anyone know to take it apart? Thanks

Hello , I bought this unit but, the supply lines are much too long. About 10 inches . They will not compress into the standpipe. I installed the 1/2 inch supply pipes proud of the floor exactly as depicted in the instruction. What am I missing ?
