Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not robust to hold shower head I bought it from 10/14 from store. 3 things I am not happy with this product. 1. Holder bracket could not hold shower head at fixed angle. I head will move down because it could not hold tight the weight of shower head. 2. Shower head has risk of falling off holder if not put shower head deep into holder. Need more space to hold shower head and more indication for customer to realize the need to push shower head to the bottom. Need to have tolerance stack up analysis for shower head and holder. 3. There is no component list on package to illustrate what inside such as Teflon tape, holder, through PVC package, customer could only see shower head with hose. Not very delight experience with this product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works fine except for.... Bought this a couple of weeks ago or so and installed it. After a few days, noticed that the shower head does not sit well in it's bracket. Today it even fell off twice when showering and hit me when least expected. The shower head itself and the various water settings work well for now. But not being able to take a shower without the head falling on you is quite annoying.

You have to make it very vertical to ensure the shower head doesn’t fall down, which then make The water shoot out to the back of the bath. I have a large soaked tub. Ended up donating and buying another. Water pressure isn’t the best either

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This thing is terrible The swiveling holder that attaches to the water source isn't strong enough to hold the weight of the shower head. It's a plastic part so don't think you can just use some pliers to tighten more. The head does not fit into its holder well, so it will randomly fall out. You don't even have to hit it. The off function just causes the water to slow down, and flow out of all the nozzles.
