Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cabinet is ok but faucet not. I bought this product back on Feb 4,thinking wow what a nice looking cabinet.I was right about the cabinet but I didn't know that the faucet was badly engineered. My wife and I never used it a lot and just yesterday not even 2 months the faucet snapped in half,I'm thinking this product is top heavy and that cross piece holding the faucet is just cheap plastic, what a nightmare, now I had to to take it out.I had to disassemble the steel shelf and get into the bottom of the cabinet with all the pipes in the way to undo it,this took me an hour to get it out.Now that I've got it out,not to mention a sore neck and back, its got to go back.I will keep you all posted about what happened next.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from no trap primer connection It is code in Ontario, and I would imagine all of Canada that all floor drains in homes built after a certain year At least 1987, must have a floor drain trap primer. Its always fed from the laundry tub faucet. The faucet has a special connection for a 1/4" plastic line that runs into the floor drain to keep it full of water. Other wise the trap water will evaporate and allow sewer gases and bugs to enter the house. The faucet on this tub does not have that special connection. So now I need to buy a $80 plus tax trap primer device and hard pipe it in to the faucet cold line. When selling products they should conform to the codes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy Do not buy this item. We purchased one of these for a laundry room renovation that was completed in December 2020 and had it installed by a plumber. After about 2 weeks the sink cracked from the faucet hole toward the sink. HD customer service called someone from the plumbing section at the Home Depot who blamed it on over tightening and suggested we go to the contractor and get them to use their insurance to replace it. I spoke with the plumber who installed it and he assured me he did not over tighten it. This is clearly a manufacturing defect. Over time the crack is increasing in length. Be wary if buying this item. We purchased a separate laundry cabinet; this time not from Home Depot.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does the job but very very cheap faucet For our purposes it's a 3 star as it's for occasionsl use. Would have given it a 4 if the sink drained the water properly.but there's always a little remaining on the left side as others has pointed out. Not a big deal for us. If you use your laundry sink daily for heavy use then you will need to change the tap. It is cheap and flimsy and I figure we will need to change it at some point. Storage is great, pull out shelf is handy, soft close hinges and it does the intended job but that tap is a somplete waste. Would have been better to sell it with out the tap and drop the price in my opinion

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mine's good except for one annoying flaw. Sturdy cabinet, nice slow door closure, slide out drawer, nice large sink. I'm no engineer, but I'd have slightly sloped the bottom of the sink towards the drain. It's annoying to always have to 'swoosh' the water to the drain with my hand. I guess I should have taken off the two plastic push pins on the right side bottom edge to help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a good quality It didn't work even a year, faucet started leaking after a couple of months and when I complained to one of Homedepot associates, she told me that it is not CSA approved and I shouldn't buy it from beginning. Waste of time and money. I had to order new cabinet, sink and faucet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible. Do Not buy! This is such a poor design. Drawer on bottom can not be used unless a portion is cut away to allow drain pipe clearance. Very small hoses restrict water flow so no water pressure from the cheap faucet. And now the drain leaks. We have paid for a plumber to install and if we return the product, we will have to pay plumber again to get something else installed. DO NOT BUY THIS!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Cabinet & Sink - Plumbing Details Key The cabinet, sink, and faucet are nice and of good quality. The drain materials are cheaper and lightweight but passable. It went together easily but I would advise attaching the drain to the sink in standard fashion with silicon or plumbers putty under the basket and the rubber gasket on the bottom side of the sink. You'll get a better result than the method shown in the instructions. The key to making this unit work as advertised is to have your water supply lines and drain line higher than typical from the finished floor. If your drain (center) is less than 18" from the finished floor the P-trap will probably interfere with the sliding tray. This was a renovation and I had the opportunity to adjust the drain and water supply height. The photo shows the set up with the center of the drain 21" from the finished floor (16-1/2" from the cabinet floor) and the water supply (center) 25" from the finished floor. Pay attention to water supply location if you go that high - it has to be far enough left to fit in the recessed part of the sink. In the photo the bottom of the P-trap is 4" from the top of the sliding metal tray. The tail pipe out of the sink had to be shortened 1" or so to make it all fit. Once setup, it works well.

Can I purchase the faucet separately which is part of SKU 1000773867 ?   Mine just broke.

Asked by: Mare
I purchased the same laundry cabinet with sink and faucet. My faucet broke too and is terrible quality. I would but the faucet again. I recommend buying a totally different model but compatible with the sink.

What is the height with the faucet installed?  I have an overhead cabinet installed over where this will go and want to make sure there is room for it height wise.

Asked by: scotty
I have an approx. 13 inches above the top of the sink. We are pretty happy with the unit but did replace it right away as it was not draining. They were good about that but the second one was the same. We were told no one had ever complained about it and they have sold many of them. Good Luck

Are we sure about sizing. How is the assembled width larger than the packaged width

Asked by: jk262
Not sure what they advertise as I didn't look it up but the top (basin) is 28 inches wide and the cabinet below is 27 1/4" in width.
