The majority we looked at felt cheaply made and not so great reviews for the price they were. Found this online and decided to take a chance and order it. Could not be more happy with our choice. This vanity is solid, has easy adjustable pads on legs for levelling and the counter top and backsplash piece it came with are beautiful. It was very easy to instal and we are extremely happy with our purchase and the price point of this vanity.

Can leg extensions but purchased to raise the height of the vanity before getting installed, for taller people so the sink doesn't sit so low? Or how can one raise the overall assembled height of the vanity as a whole?

Hi Kevin, the vanity cabinet comes with floor levelers that will help raise the height about an inch more; anything higher than that we do suggest to consult with your local Home Depot store or licensed professional for assistance.

How high up from the floor does the bottom cabinet start at? I would like to know if my existing plumbing from the wall will fit inside. There's no manual available for downdown that shows detailed specs.

Cabinet is approximately 15 inches from the floor. I had to drill through the bottom of the cabinet for the drain.

Does the sink have an overflow?

Yes it does have an overflow, it's hidden as it rests up against the front of the sink. We love our vanity however, please let me warn you about the counter top. I used a bathroom cleaner on it and it left permanent marks where I sprayed the cleaner on. It's an engineered stone which is polished to a high shine but certain cleaners will eat away at that shine so I've since learned to use a watered down cleaner.
