Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fatally flawed - Do not bother. I purchased this faucet a couple months ago. The faucet itself is very nice and works well, however the plastic "FastMount" nut which secures the whole assembly to the counter top is enough to give the whole thing a zero star rating. The nut does not tighten properly and as such does not hold the faucet down to the sink, causing the whole faucet to be loose and wobbly. The purchase is a waste of money and the FastMount nut is a ridiculous "innovation", which ruins the entire faucet in order to save the installer the trouble of threading a nut all the way down the stem. It's sad really. It could have been a great purchase and a very nice faucet had it just come with a regular nut to hold it down. If I had kept my receipt I would definitely return it. I am very unhappy with this product and would expect better.

Installation is straightforward but you will need longer hookup lines, in my case 20" was fine so factor that into the budget.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Won't last long On my second faucet in just over 1 year. First one, after only several months, the handle would slowly slide down (turn on the water), on its own. Probably a design flaw but a water hazard for sure. Especially if we weren't around to prevent the potential flood. Returned under warranty no problem. Was assured it was likely a one off so I purchased another. New one doing the exact same thing. Will be returning. Definitely not getting another one of the same. Probably not getting any other Glacier Bay.

The faucet itself is lovely to look at and works well, however the plastic nut which secures the whole assembly to the counter top is absolutely useless. The nut does not tighten properly at all and it does not hold the faucet down to the sink, causing the whole faucet to be loose and very wobbly. The purchase was a waste of my money, now almost 2 years later I am trying to find a replacement nut. I am very unhappy with this product and would expect better.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice faucet but the cartridge gets loose and will For the first year I loved this faucet. My family also found it more convenient than the one we replaced. Although it does make a sort humming noise when it runs. However after about 1 year the handle started slipping back to the on position (the same problem many others had). I need to move it back and forth and say a little prayer to make it stay off. I called customer service (Glacier Bay (1-855-434-5224)) and they were helpful, but they need to order a part from the US which they say will take 7 to 10 business days. Not cool, but at least they honor their warranty.

I see this faucet has had the same problem many times(keeps slipping on). same problem here. bought July 2020 @ Home Depot. still under warranty? I do see a spot for a set screw possibly in the bottom of the handle. is this for a set screw to solve issue?

Just installed this, the faucet, I see one other has had this problem, the top swivel part does not stay in place it moves on its own like it is not tight and need friction. I see the allen wrench included but not sure where to tighten this up.

I've had this tap for a year now. And have needed a plumber to come once and fix it. The locking mechanism for underneath is plastic so it can break after time. It was good for the first year. But its only been a year and I'm already needing to look into replacing it.

just bought glacier bay faucet and the quick connect do not work need to be metal not plastic would not buy again. Looking for a metal lock down nut to fix my faucet.
