Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy The faucet itself works great! The "fastmount" technology is absolute garbage. When I originally installed this faucet, it tightened up nicely to the bottom of the counter top. I was very happy with everything. Fast forward 4 months...the fastmount collar loosened off, not badly, but enough that the faucet was starting to wobble on the counter. I reach under to tighten it, it will no longer tighten at all. I ended up taking the faucet out & going back to the store, nothing they can do. I did end up purchasing a different brand faucet that has an actual plate & nut to secure it. This would have been a great product had it not been for the "Fastmount" feature.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just Terrible I bought this faucet on September 19th, 2019 (still have the receipt) because it looked great. The internal parts used are cheap. Save your money on this one! 11 months later it started leaking as I was away for the wknd. The entire underneath of my sink is completely ruined now, house is 3yrs old. The Particle board is so saturated with water, it is now swelled up and the surface has cracks everywhere. I called and a replacement cartridge was offered with a 10-14day delivery. Am I supposed to be without a faucet for up to 2 wks? I know a refund wont be offered but at the least a gift card to Home Depot would be appropriate if Glacier Bay stands behind their product

Rated 2 out of 5 by from love how it looks, but doesn't work well bought this about 2 years ago. love the brushed nickel finish vs. stainless. about two weeks ago noticed the handle was stiffer than normal. This progressed until becoming unusable this past weekend. The handle moves, but requires significant force and the use of two hands. not sure what this is about, but we've had to find a replacement, and are pretty disappointed in this product's lack of durability.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for. The faucet itself is fine, aesthetically pleasing and works well. The mechanism to attach to the sink is cheap and plastic. My faucet is consistently loose and the threads have stripped. Usually the tightening mechanism is metal so you can crank these and ensure they're secure. Not so here. I bought this a year ago and am back on the Home Depot website looking for a more expensive faucet. To replace this one. That tells you all you need to know.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality After about six months of use, the faucet's valve started to make loud squeaking noises when turning on the faucet or changing the temperature. It sounded like how plastic on plastic would sound if rubbed together. I took the valve out but could not see where the problem was as it's a sealed valve cartridge. I've tried calling Glacier Bay's toll-free service/warranty number twice now and each time I get a voice message after five minutes waiting for me to leave a message for a call back. I've left two voice messages. It's been two weeks now and still no call back. I think they contract their parts and warranty service to a third party since the voice message mentioned another company's name. Not impressed at all with the quality of the product as well as the after-sales support.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Fine Item. It is everything a single-handle pull down kitchen faucet should be. It was simple to install, water comes out when you push the lever down and stops when you pull it. Both hot and cold come out depending on how you turn the lever. It is hard to complain about this faucet.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Expected Way Better assembly Bought this a couple days ago and finally got around to installing it, When I turned the water back on after installation I practically flooded my kitchen. Internals were NOT installed properly and it sprayed water out the side. Managed to fix the problem but I'm not impressed at all. Glad I pay for something that needs to be fixed right out of the box.

I installed one of these faucets about 18 months ago. Recently it began to leak at the quick connect. It appears the quick connect came unscrewed from the hose. Is it normal for the quick connect to be attached to the hose hand tight?

Asked by: rick
It’s funny you mention this, ours was installed Sept 2018, and it became unscrewed on its own about 3 months ago as well! We just tightened it by hand, or maybe with a hand tool, and it seems to be fine once again.

Is it made out of plastic with a "stainless finish" or is it actually metal?

Asked by: Ronnie
Thank you. The faucet body and escutcheon plate are metal.

I see that my question has already been asked but it appears that the manufacturer hasn't bothered to reply! So here is my question, the faucet level turns on by itself, we sometimes come home and find the water running, how do we resolve this??

Asked by: grouch56
I noticed that happened sometime ago. Just avoided resting the lever at that particular position. All good for a while now. Hope this helps.

My handle becomes stiff, where exactly is the screw so I can take it off and grease it up?  Or is there a better solution?  Please help and thanks

Asked by: nlkg
You will need the Allan key that came with the faucet and the screw is at the base of the handle. Then just loosen the copper bolt on the inside. It’s finicky and we ended up trashing ours because it kept getting tight then started leaking

Is the sprayer switch have a rubber cover? My current faucet has it and it easily rips after a year of use. Do not want to experience that again. So wondering if the switch just a plastic toggle, which I do not mind....

Asked by: Szeto
Yes, there is a cover on the switch that is rubbery. It has little raised dots on it to make it easy to hold. I’ve had mine for 10 months and use it often as I don’t have a dishwasher and I’ve had no problems with it.

Does the spout swivel (left & right) against the base?

Asked by: lwlw
Yes, the whole spout swivels, and the sprayer pulls out from the spout.  But the hardware underneath to bolt it to the sink is plastic and easily stripped when you install it.  Omen also makes a better quality one, but you have to go to a proper plumbing store to get it and it’s more money.
