Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks and cold side stops working This faucet was installed by a professional plumber who noticed that the part that connects to the drain has a hole (part of the design) in the threads that seeps, because it is in the part of the threads that is not covered by a standard connector. This was addressed but then after a couple of uses, the cold water side stopped working. After some troubleshooting it was found to be a problem within the faucet itself. Waste of money as well as costly to have a plumber try to address the poor design, then hiring a plumber a second time to try and fix the cold water issue, then a third time to install a replacement faucet. All within less than a month of purchase.

Why I give 3 stars only is because the faucet water exit point is only about 4.5 inches, which means for MOST vanity, it will be short and water will literally be coming out of back of the sink and you have to reach out for it. Part of it is my mis-calculation, but seriously, I do not know what sink will accommodate such short length. I really wanted to return the faucets, but I ended up keeping them because I do NOT want to see perfectly working faucet to go to waste, not to mention the time and money involved in installing them.

Unfortunately, the quality of the faucet is disappointing. The water flow on the cold water side has turned into a trickle. In addition, "wrinkled" is not an adjective that should apply to a bathroom fixture. However, when recently wiping down the faucet with water on a wet cloth, a small vinyl-like piece came off of the base. It was then noticed that covering on the other side of the base was wrinkled. (Previously, I thought the black area was painted on and the only concern was it not getting scratched. Who knew that peeling would be an issue?) Unless your plan is to replace the faucet annually, I would not recommend this Glacier Bay item. Appearances can be deceiving. Spend a little more money and get something that will last.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Depth is shorter than specs on site The length of the spout is quite short and doesn't work with my glacier Bay vanity. The spec says assembled depth of 6.13" but in actuality it's more like 5.5". This causes issues as the water barely falls into the sink basin leaving a mess on the edge of the sink near the wall. I will be returning the product asap as it's just not functional.

I do not use harsh cleaning chemicals and this has not happened to me with products from better brands. Spend more money and get a better brand. The time you waste on this product will not be worth Glacier Bay’s low price.

Well I bought one last week, installation was fast and easy - that is until I turned the supply lines back on. To call the volume of water that came out a trickle would be very kind. New Vanity, Sink, Drain and Faucet. All from the Home Depot. The faucet does not work. Being returned for a replacement - only wasted 2 days of my time !

Thank you. You can use this without the drain assembly but you will need to cover the lift rod hole in the back of the unit. Most people just insert the lift rod and not use it.
