Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice looking,very sturdy, well built. Very nice, sturdy vanity and if you have a tight space, the compact design will be a bonus. All the doors and the drawer open and close perfectly and the doors were all aligned. I bought it because of the gloss finish and wasn't disappointed. The back of the vanity was open so it was easy to hook up the plumbing and it was nice that there was the forethought to have the bottom shelf in two parts in case the plumbing was lower and needed extra room. Unfortunately, I didn't really realize the depth of the counter was only 15" so there is really only room to wash your hands in the basin. There's not much room for washing your face or wetting hair.

The unit was smaller what I was replacing, so I’ve had to fill in gaps of tile and baseboard but that’s on me for not checking the measurements more closely. The only drawback is the lack of overflow on the sink. Not all faucets have the right part for that—we bought a Moen from HD and it didn’t—so we had to special order the replacement part from Moen for $20.

Faucet holes had to be bore out more to fit despite confirming size with online representative before ordering. Sink width so narrow that water splashes from tall faucet over front edge.

For those of you who have had this vanity a long time, have you seen any issues with wood swelling given that it is made of particle board and in a wet environment. Hoping this is not a concern when people are showering in a small bathroom. (For a rental)

This vanity is made of PB and cover with gloss acrylic cover which has a certain moisture resistance, as long as the water splashed on the cabinet during use is cleaned in time, it will not affect the use.

Is the hardware pre drilled? I’d like to install black handles but don’t want to work with exsisting predrilled holes

I installed this a few months ago and can't find the manual - but if memory serves, the vanity came assembled and I believe that because the handles have such a low profile that they were already installed. But if not, I certainly don't remember having to line-up and drill holes... either way, the doors and drawer front are definitely pre-drilled.

The width of cabinet (without sink) is 28.35". This vanity come pre-assembled, and the ceramic sink do not pre-glue on vanity, need customer to glue on vanity themselves.
