Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great kit but needs some revision Bought this 4 months ago for a basement washroom. It was installed by a contractor who followed the instructions. Few things have become apparent. 1. The mirror warps the reflection in sections and is a bit crappy. 2. The sink trough isn't slopped towards the drain so anything can hug the edges and dry. The sink is installed in a basement washroom which the kids use as their art sink. Paint, paper mache, food particles, and various soluble staining things can end up drying after washing your hands and make you constantly have to keep scrubbing your sink clean. It's a real chore to keep this clean and if it was in the main floor powder room, I'd end up throwing it out with the high maintenance to have it keep a clean-ish appearance.

It was perfect for my small powder rm where I didn’t want to spend a lot of money for a high end one. I love the sink with the front downward slope, it gives it a look of distinction over other lower priced vanities. I didn’t use the mirror, that seemed more cheap and a more statement one pulled it all together better.

Last night I noticed a dark line at the bottom of the sink, I thought it was dirt, but when I touched it, I found it is a crack. The crack became larger when I tried to smooth it out using my fingers. It feels like it is hollow underneath. And an awful chemical smell emits from the crack too. Very disappointing product, bad quality. Now if I return it to get an even exchange, I have to pay a plumber to take it off and install a new one. I am losing money both ways. I definitely don't recommend this product at all.

Had to call as it was during covid and get an exception to have it replaced. We drove back the next day picked up the right order drove home to open it and the entire bottom was broken out! This was just before closing and again our plumber was coming the next day. We had to rush back for the third time to get a good vanity!! I write into Home Depot and and have never heArd back nor have I ever received compensation for all the travelling!

Depending on the tap you might have a harder water flow (we do) and if the kids leave it on.. its game over.It also fills quite fast because the bowl is angled.... so it fills pretty fast! So keep that in mind !!! I wouldn't purchase it again for another bathroom. This one isn't used often and in the basement.. so its not a high traffic area.

Yes, there is a mirror that comes with the vanity. It comes as the picture shows, but it does not say anywhere on the box, or online what the dimensions of the included mirror are. This should be fixed for future reference. Thank you for the rough dimensions.

Sink can be removed and relaced. Width and depth are fine but 18.25' would prevent vanity from sitting flush against the wall. Current dimension is 15'5".

How does the vanity top attach to the cabinet base? I don't see any obvious hardware or connection points. Does it just sit on top?
