Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good, but not as expected I had this faucet installed for a week, but ultimately returned it as it didn’t operate as expected. To use the motion sensor, you have to have the tap handle in the on position, and to use the tap handle you have to have the motion sensor activated. So unless you keep the tap handle always open, it was essentially pointless because you can’t walk up to the tap and just get water without operating the handle and waving your hand by the sensor. We expected to be able to use either the motion sensor or the tap handle, but that turned out not to be the case. Other reviews mentioned noise; there is an audible click of the motion sensor switch, but it wasn’t something that bothered us.

I needed a cartridge to repair a kitchen faucet which I had purchased in Canada, but could only find it at HD in the U.S. although I had a picture and identification of it from the American site they could not supply me this part, and trying to order from H.D. in the U.S. as a Canadian citizen appears not possible. I now have an expensive boat anchor!

The faucet is touchless but the soap dispenser is not, so I opted to get a stand alone touchless soap dispenser. This product is being used in a home based nail business for increased COVID precautions for clients.

This is our second faucet trying this type of nut, and we will never again. You save no time at all versus a traditional metal but with screws. This cannot tighten and always loosens up. Never again, went with a Kraus
