Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible engineered stone top The only issue I have is with the engineered stone top. From everything I've read, including the manual that came with the vanity, this type of top should be extremely resilient. It is the opposite. There are so many marks/stains/spots and streaks all over my vanity that has only been used for 2 months. I also purchased the smaller version with the ceramic top and that one is so easy to clean with no issues. I am so upset that our renovated bathroom has a counter that looks old and dirty and can't come clean. I use it like an average person would. I didn't use any harsh chemicals. I have no idea what is causing these markings but nothing is able to remove them. I called customer service who told me to send an email to an inbox that ended up being full and couldn't accept my email. Now they won't return my calls. So disappointed and will never buy engineered stone again. From my own research, it seems there are different qualities of engineered stone and this has got to be the worst. I do not recommend this product at all and am a very dissatisfied customer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible quality countertop Bought this vanity mid February and the countertop had water stains after a couple weeks. Talked to Home Depot and they offered $100 refund and a $50 electronic gift card after I sent pictures, or to return the already installed vanity for a full refund. Which is paid someone to install, so I’d have to pay someone again, to come uninstall. So I called the manufacturer (foremost) talked to a customer service rep who told me that engineered stone needs to be kept dry at all times (pretty unrealistic for a bathroom vanity) otherwise it will stain. I asked to speak to a manager of some sort, and she told me the manager would tell me the same thing, and that she was in a meeting so to call back later and gave me the extension and name. She also told me to go get a product called earth bright, and that should take the stains out. No offer of replacing the counter too, any compensation, nothing. Have I called this manias of yet? No, because I was told I’d be told the same thing. My advice? Don’t buy this vanity. Spend a bit more and get a real stone top.

On a 42” wide vanity there is plenty of room in each side of the basin to add at least a 9” wide drawer on each side. That’s way better than having no drawer at all for small bathroom necessities. It couldn’t cost that much more to manufacture since they’re made in mass production. I’d pay the extra money to have this feature added. There is NO side splash, which should be included, for installing them into a corner. Without one, there is nothing to protect the end wall. Also the top centre drawer should be redesigned. The deep narrow sections they currently have aren’t very useful. It should be designed with only one centre divider, rather than having it the way it is.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Countertop does not stand up to daily use We are really disappointed with this vanity. Although it’s nice to look at, it is not designed to withstand everyday use. We just had our vanity installed and within a matter of days, marks appeared on the countertop from, of all things, hand soap. These marks are etched into the surface and cannot be removed. Awful quality for the price of this unit. If you are in the market for a durable vanity, I recommend that you look elsewhere.

The back splash is a separate piece & added after the vanity is installed. You don't need to use it.

I’ve noticed a few reviews about the countertop staining. Have you fixed that problem? Is it something that happens often?

I’ve had two of these vanities for two years. I haven’t had any staining. I will say that the countertop isn’t “top of the line” material and doesn’t seem to look as shiny clean as I would like. Otherwise, I am very happy with the vanity.

Is the vanity top a solid white color, or does it have a speckled look to it? Is it a bright white, a grey white, or a beige white? Does the top come separate or is it attached?

The engineered stone top is not solid white, it has light grey tiny spots which gives it an off white appearance and comes separate. What is the real weight of the vanity with top installed? It's pretty pathetic when Home Depot can't copy information from the manufacturer, and 95% of purchasing is done on line.

It does seem like it can be removed. I can feel & see corner things & screws. It cannot be ordered without the top. It comes assembled except the backsplash needs to be mounted, glued & caulked.
