Rated 1 out of 5 by from Super Cheap in Every Way We bought this for my bathroom less than 2 years ago. When it was first put together, the drawers weren't flesh but I just let it go, because it look nice. Now drawers are all warped and vanity all scratched up, even from careful use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Vanity Not well made. Sliders are very flimsy. Drawers do not go back in we’ll after removal.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from sink face had glue all over it When contractor pulled the sinks out of the box the face of the sink had glue on the sink top from where they had glued together of the cabinet. But it was already installed so i could not return it. We had to try to pick off the glue without ruining the sink top. Contractor said very shoddy workmanship at the factory would have caused this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheaply made We’ve had this for almost 3 years now. I would NOT recommend! The drawers are extremely weak and you can put much stuff in them or they’ll fall out. My husband has fixed them multiple times. The paint/ laminate is also chipping.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Drawers are not flush Purchased and installed only to find all of the reviews true that the drawers are not flush. After reading the other reviews about the drawers falling apart I am nervous what the future holds. I would not recommend.

Hi, is the top completely separate from the vanity? I have to carry myself and bought one similar with top glued to the vanity which made it extremely heavy.

I know the vanity comes with a top and integrated sink. Is is possible, after purchasing the vanity with the included top, to remove the top and replace it with another top?

Asked by: DPurvis
Hello DPurvis, Thank you for your question. We are very happy to confirm that the vanity top is not factory attached to the Woodbrook vanity cabinet. Therefore, you should be able to swap out the vanity top with ease. Please note, however, that any modification will void your Limited Lifetime Warranty. We hope this information was helpful to you.

Is there a way to quickly remove the bottom drawer? I need to modify it due to specific plumbing drain in my bathroom. I realize there are 3 small screws on either side's base, but hoping there is a "lift and pull" solution, like in a file drawer setup.

Asked by: MuskokaDave
Hello MuskokaDave, Thank you for your inquiry. We can confirm that in order to remove the drawer you would first have to fully extend the drawer and identify the black clips (they look like toothpicks) located inside of the glide. Once identified, you will position the right slide spring clip downward (towards the floor) and the left slide spring clip upward (towards the ceiling). Once both spring clips are held in the indicated position, you should be able to pull the drawer straight out. Re-installation is also easy, all you would have to do is slide the drawer right back into the cabinet/glides. We hope this information was helpful to you. Best Regards.

We want to get this for a small bathroom where there is no air fan. Will the steam from the shower cause the drawers or the wood trim on the drawers to bubble and warp as the other reviews have suggested from water getting in them? Thank you.

Asked by: Opie
Hello Opie, Thank you for your question. Although we can confirm that the Woodbrook vanity is not water resistant as a whole, the cabinet and drawers have an RTF finish, thus making them water resistant. However, please note that our cabinets are designed and tested for quality and durability to provide trouble free use in a climate controlled environment. We hope this information was helpful to you. Best Regards.
