But it wont remove any glues or adhesives stronger than typical tape glue. Pulled a peel-n-stick floor and this stuff couldnt remove the left over glue, even when soaked and left over night.

I don’t think so. I thought it would be more gel like to us on a vertical surface but it is not a lot different from normal goo gone.it was a long time ago when I used it and it was not fabric. Does the product description say for fabric?

Does this product remove tar?

Amazingly! Spray, leave on for 30 minutes. Tar will start to “melt” use paper towels or disposable cloths that will not be used again to wipe removal. WEAR gloves and a mask!!! You may have to do this more than once..... Patience is your best friend!!! Good luck!

Can this product remove tar on clothing?

Probably not. Maybe if the tar is really fresh and hasn't set in at all you might have a shot. It does remove tile from non-porous surfaces such as tile but not from something like clothing.
