Rated 4 out of 5 by from The pan we got is Graniterock which is the older version of Granitestone. It works the same as Gr... The pan we got is Graniterock which is the older version of Granitestone. It works the same as Granitestone but without the improvements. It may or may not work on induction heat as it has a 3-inch metal ring on the bottom of the pan rather than a solid metal plate. The handle isn't improved like the new one so it doesn't get so hot to the touch. Other than these two things, the pan so far does what it was advertised to do. We've had it a few months, used it several times, and we're happy with it. If you want the newest version of Granitestone pots and pans, look for the solid metal plate on the bottom of the pans.

Unless you use butter or such, eggs develop an odd appearance/texture on the fried side. Does not affect taste, nor are they burned. Just odd. Pan can easily hold four hamburgers and they do not stick at all. Cleans easily

Heat distribution is fairly good considering the bottom thickness is the same as sidewall. The square design is great for many items vs a round pan.
