Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seems well made, but install requires care. It installs easily, but it leaks where it attaches to the in house plumbing. The rubber sealing mechanism supplied does not compress enough for a water tight seal. Also, the two sealing washers supplied are way too small a diameter for solve the problem. One has to supply two rubber sealing washers like what are used on garden hose connections, but of a somewhat larger diameter in order to form a seal. I contacted Grohe and got sent the same washers that already come with the tap. Some ingenuity is required, but once the correct size washers are installed, all works well. We chose this because of the fact the serviceable parts are all external and area easily accessed.

Why is the water not hot enough? Cannot contrôl the temperature at all- Cold or hot it stays just Luke warm no matter which way you turn the faucet.
