Apply for Carrot Rust Fly, Iris Borer, Onion Maggot, Variegated Cutworm in May and June. Apply for Carrot Rust Fly, Black Cutworm, and Onion maggot in July. Apply for Armyworm, Fall Armyworm, Flea Beetle in August.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NIC Garden Nematodes This product is a living organism and was not refrigerated during shipping. The shipment was held at the depot for a week before being delivered to my home. Once it arrived it was clear it had been exposed to heat and at room temperature for days. It was clear the nematodes were dead because of the foul odour. As recommended by NIC I applied the nematodes as directed to my garden but was told it’s unlikely that they survived. If it had been possible to purchase in store at the time I would have but it was not an option due to COVID. I wish I had just saved my money and waited till the following year to purchase locally. Home Depot should not be selling this product online if it can not guarantee proper transportation of the product.

Does it work on Japanese beetles too?

Hello Kymm The Guardian for Garden blend will work on Japanese beetle but your better option would be Lawn Guardian as it is blended specifically to to combat Japanese beetle. Cheers NIC
