The E7ICAT is a compact and efficient recessed housing optimized and listed for EISA compliant tungsten-halogen lamps, as well as Incandescent, CFL and LED lamps. Housing is suitable for residential or light commercial applications. For installation in insulated ceilings and non-insulated ceilings with airtight code compliant construction. Use with a variety of trims and finishes to create different lighting effects or to match any decor. May be retrofit with compatible Halo LED lighting systems.

  1. Air-Tite rated design meets restricted air flow code requirements which prevents airflow between attic and living areas and saves on both heating and air conditioning costs
  1. Q-Channel bars with Pass-N-Thru feature allows bars to cross-over for tool-less shortening in tight spaces less than 12-inch without removing from the plaster frame
  1. Pass-N-Thru bar hangers: Fixture has pre-installed nails that easily installs in regular lumber, engineered lumber, and laminated beams
  1. Compatible with a wide variety of 6 inch Recessed light trims but is best with Halo 426, 420, 353, 310, 301, 172, 78, 71, 70, and 30 series models
