Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality for the price The quality of this gazebo is good for the price. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The instructions say 2 people are required, but you can do it on your own if you have wood to brace it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it, no complaints. Recommended. Good quality, fairly easy to set up. I did it myself without too much trouble. I used duct tape to hold up the roof panels while screwing them in and used outdoor couches up on their end to assist with putting the frame together. Everything else was simple. This thing is heavy... about 370 lbs in the box, so getting it delivered is highly recommended. Overall very satisfied, it looks great and is super sturdy. Highly recommend.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from size is not as described The 10 x 12 foot gazebo is only 9 x 11. Did not fit where I expected it to because of this. Very disappointed. It is as pictured and the instructions were easy enough to understand. Don't believe it takes 2 +1 people 2.5 hours. It took 3 + 1 people 6 hours to complete.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Read instructions twice before beginning Good quality product, but assembly instructions are not the best, took 3 of us 4-5 hours to put together. We had to take things apart a few times as the instructions says assemble in step "4" but it really should have been step "6". All in all when fully assembled it's seems like a great product. Would definitely recommend a metal top over the polycarbonate roof.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful gazebo This gazebo looks so great on our back patio. It took a bit to put together but well worth it. I can keep the cushions out, even in the rain and they do not get wet. I would recommend this!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pack your patience Love the gazebo itself. The only reason I took 1 star away, the instructions were not the best. So make sure you have lots of patience when you attempt this project.

What is the roof panel material made out of? Is it sturdy against things like snow and such (I understand to clear off excessive load) also it is waterproof (ish) so the gazebo can be enjoyed during a rain storm?

Asked by: Maverick_Edm
We recently bought this gazebo. So have not used it over rain or snow. Just be ready when you get to make sure all parts are included. We are missing one part and have to wait for it to come from US in the next 10 days if it does. So the roof is not even up yet. Very disappointing that they don't double check and make sure all parts are included.

It says stake included. What’s that for?

Asked by: Curious
Yes, it was "easy" to assemble. You need two people, would help if one of them was over 6' tall as sliding the top panel pieces on can be a bit tricky. The stake included are ~9" deck nails that you can use to secure the unit to the deck boards. There are pre-drilled holes in the bottom of the feet on each of the 4 legs.

Hello Is gazebo susceptible to rust, if so how can i rust proof it?

Asked by: Stringhoppers
Hello Stringhoppers, steel components for this gazebo are treated with rust inhibiting paint that protects it from rusting. If the protective coatings are scratched the surface oxidation will occur. To minimize this condition, it is recommended to use care when assembling and handling the product to prevent scratching the paint. When scratching or damage occur, it is recommended to cover the scratch immediately with rust inhibiting paint. We have provided more information in the Assembly Instruction. If you need more information please contact our customer service mailbox thd@sunjoygroup.com. Thank you.

We just installed our Gazibo Farrington 12x10  Does it come with lights? If yes, where can I find them and turn them on. Is it safe to hang something from the hook, I also read some one saying, it leaked

Asked by: Vim88
I just reported to Bome Depo about the same issue that the manufacturer says, call us, when you call, they say, e mail us, when you e mail, there is really no response ever! Hope they read our reviews and start answering.

How are the screens on this gazebo? Will they provide some privacy?

Asked by: Debbie1975
They will provide the same amount of privacy as your screen door would.  So not very much

Is this a two man job to put together . Do you have to build the roof first and then load it onto the post . Or mount the post and build the roof on top.?

Asked by: Snipe
Mostly this can be assembled by one person. However, when standing up and connecting the posts to each other it's really a two person job. The roof is built directly on top of the frame, and is not assembled on the ground beforehand. Make sure you have enough space for your step ladder on each side outside the frame because the lower roof panels can't be installed from inside the frame.
