Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful, awful, awful Here's the real deal, I'm not a rep for this company, just a regular person with electrician experience. This fan has been created by someone who has no idea how electronics work. There is no room for the wiring, once in place. It gives a mile of wiring from the motor, but 2 inches of wiring from the remote sensor, giving you no option as to where to put the wires. If you really want to buy this fan, just take your money, light it on fire, and you'll be just as far ahead.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from ok I bought 2 of these fans and installed them with very little problem. the fans make a clickin noise when at different speeds, one if very loud and the other comes and goes with the noises. I have tried to level them different ways I measured the blades and they are good but it is like the casing is rubbing against the fan blades and there is not any means to solve this. they are very nice to look at but not the greatest for noise when they are in motion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fan and great price I just finished installing this fan and it was very easy. The fan is running very quiet and the LED bulbs are included with the fan. If your having trouble with the ground wire being a little short just unscrew it from the ceiling bracket mount and then screw it back in once the fan ball/downrod is hanging onto the mounting bracket. Great fan for a sweet deal.

Just make sure you trim the wires down as i had what seemed to be a rubbing sound the first time due to not tucking the ground wire in properly. The light housing could have been designed a little easier for install but all in all, not a bad fan!

Does this ceiling  fan use a E26 base light bulb?

No. This fixture requires E12 bulbs (candelabra). It is a great fixture. Very solid and works beautifully. Very quiet. I have it in my kitchen so, as you can imagine, it gets a real work-out and definitely meets all my expectations!

I have room 10x11...Shall I go with 52 inch or smaller? if smaller then what size?

Thank you for your question. That room size is right between the small room and large room categories. A 52 in. hugger like the Carriage House should be ok. If you wanted to go smaller for scale and appearance, we would suggest a 44-48 in. ceiling fan.
