Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun and easy This egg chair is awesome.. I bought it for an indoor reading nook. Best idea ever.. It's only 3 pieces so it's really simple to put together. The price was great too.. Also if you're getting it delivered for pick up it's a huge box so prepare yourself for that or have it shipped directly to your house which I didn't do.. Lol anyway enjoy it as I'm doing right now.. Like litteraly Im sitting in it as I write this :)

I was so happy to see that Home Depot brought it back again this year! We bought this to use as a reading chair, and it is perfect! It is huge (all three of my kids can read in there together) and looks great in the corner of our room. I am so pleased with the look and quality of this chair for the price. It is also very easy to assemble, it took me 20 mins on my own. If you have enough space for the footprint of this chair I would highly recommend it. A word of warning, much like the chair, the box this comes in is also huge. I tried it in 2 full size SUVs before having to take it out of the box to squeeze it into our vehicle. I pickup truck would work fine or opt to have it delivered.

They are huge and the pillows are so comfy. It was easy to put together. I can’t wait for the summer, so I can put them outside.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well made, easy to assemble We received our chair last week and it was very easy to assemble and is exceptionally well made in our opinion. Very strong and sturdy. We thought the cushions were waterproof but they were not. The only downfall we found was the seat cushion totally filled with water after a short rain. When drying the material is forming a sort of grey mold on it. We are very disappointed in that. We planned on bringing them in during rain but it was unexpected and we were not home. The other issue was with tracking, there were no emails or tracking on the chair which arrived a week later than was advised when we ordered.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cushions do not have zippers. Bought one, loved it then had to wait months to purchase another. Easy to put together as it comes as 3 pieces. The only thing I am not in love with are the cushions specifically the covers. The cushions are super comfortable but they do not have a zipper and because they are light-colored, I have to be careful with dirt. I am looking at getting them reupholstered with an outdoor fabric with zipper so I can wash them when I need to. It's an added cost but they are worth it.

The cushions are a nice color and I was worried that being outside they would get stained easily, but they clean up really well. Anything that I can’t just wipe off I take a magic eraser to and it’s back to new again. Not disappointed at all!

Since winter is around the corner anyone know of a good winter cover for this egg chair by any chance? Open to recommendations.

I have been looking for a cover for a while now. I finally found one and fits very nice. It's the TRIPEL cover for large egg swing sold at another store. I don't understand why companies make chairs and don't offer a cover.

Is there anyway that I could break the chair down for storage over winter?

The actual egg shape goes in half, where you see that line, and the legs come off on the bottom. So you can break it down, but it doesn’t go that small. But it’s beautiful and sturdy and my favourite thing ever still.

How much weight does the cayman woven egg patio chair?

It's probably about 100 pounds or so.. Mostly iron construction. But it's not bad I can pick it up and move it my self.. So it may be less than that.. I plan on moving to my balcony my myself :-)
