Assembling was extremely easy to me and my husband. Just remember that the hard side is the outside of the chairs. Enjoy!

For some odd reason one of the back pillows is half as thick as the other, but besides that, this was a great value. The chairs are comfortable especially with the padded foot rests. The table actually surprised me. It is heavy and very solid. Overall, great value.

How high is the top of the arm from the seat Cushion? Are the chairs  stackable? Can they be left outside in the cold Alberta winter?

The arm is 10.5" high above the seat cushion which is 2.5" deep. No the chairs are not stackable. We recommend covering the furniture while not in use (so throughout winter months). If possible to store in a garage or shed, that would best!

Are the cushion cover's removable for cleaning?

Yes they have zippers, but I only use a damp cloth and they clean up well

It says 66 lbs for the ottomans.... that is really light... means they couldn't be used as stools so makes them not useful
