Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mistake on the predrilled holes Nice set. But the last piece I went to put together didn’t line up with the holes on the joining piece. The holes were drilled far from where they should have been. It’s been a month and I am still trying to get a new seat part so I can finish my set. Quality assurance, in my opinion, has failed and the Customer Service from Home Depot and the manufacturer has also failed me so far.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice patio set [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product arrived in a very large and very heavy box that I needed help to move into the garage so I could assemble each item. The assembly instructions are very clear and easy to follow...I liked that each item comes with its own required fasteners so I didn't have to keep track of/dig through a bunch of screws. The chairs are heavy, very sturdy and comfortable, though I can feel the supporting "cross slats" underneath when seated. The table looks great with the only precaution being the very slight "lip" around the perimeter would keep rain water from draining completely if you were to use it out in the open (we have ours on our back porch).

They had been wrapped in a tarp to be sheltered from rain/snow (as they are quite big and cannot be stacked). All four chairs have rusted and the finish is cracking and peeling. Do not recommend.
