Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXCELLENT LIGHTS & AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased these lights many years ago when they were first available and recently bought more. All the lights are still functioning perfectly. Even when it appears that one has failed, the cause turns out to be a buried wiring corrosion issue and not the path light itself. And the customer service from Home Depot and Hampton Bay is amazing. I broke some spikes relocating the existing ones and installing the new ones. I contacted Home Depot and the next day Hampton Bay replied by email confirming that new parts were sent directly from the factory in China. I thought the parts would take weeks, but astoundingly I received them 3 days later. Now that’s customer Service!! Also the spikes on the new path lights are metal and vastly improved over the older version.

Do these lights produce a bright white light or a warm light. What is the length of cord that comes with light?

I wouldn’t call it a warm light, but they aren’t blinding bright - they shine down and so illuminate a pathway well.  I think the cord is a couple of feet or so, long enough to give decent flexibility for anchoring to your main electricity cord source.

Does this lamp work on both 12V AC and 12 V DC?
