Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hardware Nightmare I purchased this set in April and it arrived very quickly. So quickly that there was no hardware with it. I called Home Depot who advised they could give me $50 back if I went to the store and purchased my own hardware (which is what we did). I also called Hampton Bay who never returned my call or email after I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them as they are the company who made the set, Home Depot sells it on their behalf. Now that it's all said and done, the set is amazing and we get so many compliments on it! It's perfect with thick cushions (which are not waterproof). The accent cushions and serving tray are great additions.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Warranty nightmare I bought this product and it had missing parts. I called Hampton bay and was referred to their warranty claims company, which is sunnest. Worst experience ever! It has been over a month and I still cannot enjoy my patio furniture because the parts are on back order; however, that is not the worst part. It took me a month just to get approved for my warranty claim on a product that should have come with the correct parts in the first place. Hopefully I will hear that the parts will be shipped to their warehouse soon, which means that they will be shipped out to me after that. Customer service? I think not. I completely regret my purchase and should have just returned it in the first place.

The bottom cushions are very comfortable, thicker than most sets we viewed when shopping around. I wondered if the separate back cushions would be comfortable and I'm happy to say, they are! The storage table came with a sturdy tray, a bonus and everything was easy to put together.

Parts are cheap and will strip super easy, as you are forced to put the whole thing together. The “tools” that come with are insufficient quality are cause further problems and frustrations. The build quality and attention to detail during manufacturing are apprehensible and appalling. I’m disgusted that Home Depot would sell this, they’ve clearly never tried to assemble it! The build quality is so bad that I can’t finish assembling some components as it is physically getting in the way. Do not buy this. I promise you will be in the same place as me... taking it bs l tomorrow!

Chairs are comfortable. Glad we chose to go with this set, as other stores sell a similar set for the same price or much more however, much cheaper quality. It's actually a 5 piece set, as it comes with the serving tray. I was told by customer service it was a special deal, guess it's not regular stock? I do not usually write reviews but I myself rely on other customers reviews when looking for a specific item, kind very helpful!

They look they they have already been sat on for a season and the color isn't very nice. The pillows are cute and very summer like. Would I purchase this again..probably not.. I think I would find something a bit better quality. and I would look a lot closer at the cushions.

We were about to order this set and have found the chairs and sofa have a height discrepency. The picture shows 31.1 inches chair height and the specifications overview was height 36 in. for the chair and couch.... which one is right?
