Rated 2 out of 5 by from Rust seeping from chair joints. I bought this dinning set and really do enjoy it, the issue I have is the rust already seeping from the joints of our chair. I worry about the longevity and also the mess it is creating in our dinning space. I am not sure if anything can be done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still looks good!! I bought this set in 2017. I don’t put a cover on it yet it still looks good. I remove the cushions every time I’m done with it and store them in a plastic container. Water gets in the chairs and some rust come out in the spring because the water freezes in them so drain them in a place you mind staining (grass). The chairs are very comfortable and I feel the quality/price ratio is hard to beat. Make sure you turn the table on it’s side when storing for the winter as the weight of the snow is sure to shatter the glass top..

That being said now Ive had it less then a month and it is rusting at most of the joints. Its like they missed tons of spots with the paint and protectant spray. Quality is very low and its not going to last long. Very disappointed.

I have to wait for my friend who was coming with the to get my set and staff kept checking if somebody is there so they can help me. Usually you have to run to find the staff. I love the set so far. It was to easy to assemble. Even I lost the instructions in between. Then google and found instructions online. This another benefit of buying from homedepot. So i highly recommend this set and homedepot to any body looking for buying good and genuinely priced patio set.

J'ai magasiné plusieurs boutiques en ligne avant de faire ce choix et j'avais lu plusieurs critiques positives et négatives à son sujet. L'ensemble est contemporain, huppé, confortable, facile à assembler et la qualité était parfaite pour mon petit budget. J'ai économisé, car un ensemble semblable me coûtait entre 650$ et 1100$ ailleurs. De plus, je pourrai laisser les meubles sur ma terrasse l'hiver prochain au lieu de l'entreposer comme c'est recommandé pour les meubles en rotin. La livraison était incluse et les pièces ont été livrées sans dommage. J'ai hâte de l'essayer.

I found the rusted part of the chair but not the table. I called in the customer sef ice and didn't get any satisfacory reply. This is a ptio set and not supposed to rust at all not after 2 weeks. I am not happy with this set and i do not know what to do. This need to be replaced or returned or compensated.... Yiu have my contacts and this is my phone numer 514 620 3010

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Set Love this set! This is a really good quality set. Very happy with it. The delivery is a different story. They used Same day Delivery but it took over a week. They dumped off box 2 of 2 in my front drive way rather than bringing it to the back. I couldn't even fully pull into my driveway. When I called to find out where the other box was - they did not even know that the 1st box had been delivered, and they promised next day deliver for the 2nd box. It never came the next day and when they asked the warehouse why it never went out - they said because they couldn't find the other box and they didn't want to deliver it without the other box. Duh...I had the other box and they knew that.

We just bought this set and when we finished unpacking it, we noticed what appears to be 2 plain tubular steel pieces with plastic inserts in each end. They aren't in the instruction book anywhere so we're trying to figure out what they are? Any ideas?

Can you sit on the chairs without the cushions!

Yes, the bottom of the chairs are a tight mesh and the back is metal in the shape of an X. They are far more comfortable with the cushions though!

Do the chairs tuck under the table?

Not fully, I'd say about half way. There's a bar in the way. Also, be prepared to chase the cushions, around your yard on a windy day, unless you create something to tie them to the frame.

How thick are the cushions?

About 3", they are comfortable and the fabric is thick. Watch the buttons though, they get caught in the chair back and fall off

How do I remove the stuffing so that I can wash the pillow covers? There is a “button” in the middle of the pillow that seems to be preventing the removal of the cover.
