Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Home Depot shipped me this and after waiting and finally receiving my product I went to set it up. This is when things took a turn, after taking all the packaging off I discovered that I was given 6 C parts (right arms) and zero B (left arms) which means my products are impossible to assemble. I called Hampton bay as that is what I was told to do and now I need to wait another 7-10 business days to hopefully receive the other 3 arms that never came with my product. No reimbursement for my troubles, no solution on what to do with three useless steel arms. Not a good start. I’d add the video showing this but I can only add a YouTube URL and have no clue how to do that.

Very comfy. Pillows are a nice addition. Materials seem to be decent quality. Once assembled and the screws are tightened down, all pieces are very sturdy.

I am hoping that the wicker and the pillows will stand the Edmonton weather (and because of that I also bought a hampton patio cover for rain and snow). This is the most affordable and stylish conversation set by Hampton Bay. It is a great value. I will edit my review if there are concerns about rusting and the quality of materials but by the looks of it’s a great product.

There are better deals out there. Will probably sell it in the future. Had many issues with shipping of this item and spent hours tracking it down, dealing with 3rd party carriers x 2. No accurate tracking information was ever posted. Took a month to reach me. Never again.

It did take my husband and I a while to put it together (the wicker would be in the way making it hard to screw in), but after putting the first chair together, we got the hang of the rest. I find the chairs to be lower than usual. Other than that, I’m pretty pleased with it!

This set is shown on Home Depot Canada website with a table with NO GLASS. But other reviewers show photos with a GLASS table. Does this have a GLASS or NO GLASS table??
