Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good cheap filters that do the job needed These are useful for my furnace which doesn’t like those really thick newer style, filters. Cheap, easy to change ,and does the job. I was happy to find these here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good filters for my furnace. I like these filters not because they’re cheap but because my furnace doesn’t snuff out because it can’t get air to it. Less calls for repair. Yes more dust but sooner have that than a furnace that doesn’t work and you have to wait for repair. Change every month on the 1st so I remember.

What is the pressure drop rating for these filters in iwg?

Asked by: doitallhandymangp
Approximately 0.13 inWG at 819 CFM

Date published: 2023-02-24

Are these filters electrostatic? The specs state they are but the packaging doesn't.

Asked by: JAOR
The material used in these filters is not given an extra electrostatic charge in the manufacturing process it does however contain dissimilar fiber materials which create durable contact electrification. The design of this material allows for one of the lowest initial pressure drops we have tested on 1" MERV 8 filters averaging 0.14 INwG @ 819CFM.
