The coating maintains long-term weatherproofing and reflectivity as it ages, forming a strong chemical bond with the roof for permanent ponding water resistance, durability, and superior sealing. It is ideal for low-slope and pitched roofs, including aged asphalt (BUR & Mod-Bit), single-ply, rubber (TPO, EPDM, PVC), spray polyurethane foam, metal, concrete, RV, trailer, and mobile home roofs. Not recommended for use over shingles.
