At first I thought it was great, a real gem of a find....but now a few months later it's lost much of it's color and has faded as you can see in the picture. I don't hold out much hope of this lasting through the 2019 season.

I do not have a deck. Does it need to screwed into something. How can I secure it if I only have grass ot concrete?

Concrete anchors, Grass you may be able to use some sort of stake, or sandbag setup. It does need to be anchored for sure though.
