Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stakes break easy Bought it last Christmas. Lights aren't bad, and it looks good. But if you break one plastic stake, the whole thing is useless because there are no replacements for sale. I can't in good conscience recommend a product that does not have replacement parts.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice looking, short cord between canes In order to string multiple sets together over say 25 feet, you have to space them around 12-14" apart as the cord between each cane are inconsistent in length, usually around 15" but sometimes they're closer than that. If the space was consistent between the canes, and between sets to make installation faster and easier, then this would get 5 stars.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do NOT purchase I read reviews on the candycane lights and noticed several people complain about the bottom stake breaking easily.... however I determined if I was careful with them it would be fine. Purchase 3 sets and have a broken stake in 2 sets in my efforts to set up. It is almost unbelievable how easily it snapped where stake connects to base. I buy a lot of items at Home Depot and have a positive experience with their products, this is without a doubt the worst product with the lowest quality. Home depot typically always get a thumbs up from me but not this time. Awful quality, zero durability, absolute waste of money. Item should be pulled.. it is that poor. Honestly, find another option for decorations.

Its 53 degrees here today and the ground is soft. 3 stakes broke while applying gentle staking. 1 broke where the stake attaches to the leveler. Another one became stuck inside the candy cane and broke when i GENTLY tried to dislodge it. The final straw was when i put one in the soft ground the tip of the top just fell off rendering it useless. What a batch of junk these stakes are and they are going back!! POOR QUALITY. Sorry no photo because daughter threw them out.

I haven't seen the correct answer here yet so I thought I'd chime in. There is a small tag near the female plug on each set which states: "This lighting string is rated 14.4 Watts (0.12 Amps), do not overload. Connect end-to-end a maximum of 216 Watts (1.8 Amps) total." 216/14.4 = 15. You can connect a maximum of 15 sets together.
