So they worked for one year … tried everything to fix it very disappointing as it was working before putting back into storage and stored gently

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lights on male reindeer don’t work The deer are nice, but the half the lights on the male reindeer do not work. We tried replacing bulbs to see if one was broken or if it was a wire/socket issue but it still won’t turn on. Looks pretty silly in front of the house.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not recommended After assembling all three of the Reindeer, discovered there were only two bows not three in the box. I can’t return my purchase as they are all assembled nor can I get any assistance with replacement of missing item, despite four attempts that involve long wait times on the phone before eventually speak with an actual person and then on my last attempt, I was hung up on mid sentence. Would not recommend this product for that reason and because it says it is for outdoors, these would definitely not hold up to the elements outside. I am now stuck with this product I can not use outside (unless I want them ruined with the first rain or snowfall) have not enough space inside the home as they are 3-5 feet tall and there are three of them and now they also look tacky and unfinished as only two of the three Reindeer have a bow. I have opted to take all the bows off as I can’t get a third bow to have all the Reindeers matching and just two Reindeers with bows just looks like a mismatched set. Very disappointing.
