Rated 1 out of 5 by from One Year Later…… Purchased this one year ago and already one tree does not light up. When it worked it was lovely. Very bright however, so if you are putting this near a window or door you will see this brightly from inside. I realize that I prefer the soft white not the white “blue” led colouring. Agree this is very light weight, we built a stand for ours and added a weight to keep it held in place. Sad I only got one year out of this before I had to throw it away.

how do you change the lights if they burn out ?

Hello Helen. Thank you for your question. The bulbs from the LED Birch Trees are not removal. But don't worry, if a single bulb burns out, it won't effect the rest of the tree due to our patented Continuous-on technology. Best regards and Merry Christmas.

Are these lights always in twinkling mode, or can they be set to solid on?

Hello Jeanne. Thank you for your question. This tree assortment is not controllable and comes automatic in Twinkle mode. About 20% of the bulbs will twinkle off and on like fireflies. My 2 trees are lit and twinkle but periodically turn off and back on. Why?..is there a setup mode or Im I missing something?
