With a moving mouth and glowing eyes, his moving left arm is no surprise. He has three masks that can be switched, and spooky phrases that'll leave you bewitched! This jester turns from left to right, filling guests with unfathomable frieght. This item uses an adapter and can be sensor activated.

Mouth stopped moving on mine. I have tried everything the instructions suggest, but nothing has worked. Would i be able to get a replacement head?

Hi JBev, Thank you for letting us know about the issue with your Jester's mouth movement. Here's some troubleshooting; 1. Make sure that the cables from the head are firmly connected to their corresponding cable by color. Push the cables together to ensure connection. 2. Make sure the cables are not damaged in any way. 3. Turn the volume all the way down and listen for a motor sound in the head. If you hear a moving sound that would correspond to dialogue, this is the mouth movement motor. If the mouth isn't moving, this means that the paddle attached to the motor is no longer secured to the lower jaw properly and it's just flapping around in the empty space in the lower jaw. To fix this, you can secure the lower jaw in place with hot glue. If your Jester's mouth movement still doesn't work, please contact us between 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST at 1-855-428-3921 or email us at customerservice@svius.com. Thank you and Happy Halloween!
