Rated 5 out of 5 by from great blinds pleased with the product, personally I found they were complicated to set up because they were to long for my window however, I got somebody to remove some of the extra pieces and voila it was perfect fit...he did not find it over complicated so my suggestion is to allow somebody who has done this project before as to not ruin them by cutting in the wrong spot. I found them to be great for the price compared to other sites

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beware sizing When I purchased the blinds I was instructed to give the inside measurements of my window and that the factory would make the necessary adjustments for fit when they cut them. Not only were these the on-line instructions, but I also double checked this through the on-line chat. Well, they came cut only to the measurements I gave with no adjustment so they are too tight a fit to work properly. I then advised by HD customer service to take them to a local HD (1 hour away) to get them cut properly. All good except the in store machine was down...and still is at the time of this writing. Other than this the blinds as are expected and I'm sure will work well once I can get them sized and hung.
