Description says no lift. How are the blinds raised? How and where are they custom cut?

The blinds can be raised by hand but they have no lift cord to keep them in place. Once you let go the blinds will drop. They can be ordered online to the width you need or cut in store.

I can’t seem to find the required depth for the head rail to mount inside? Can someone point me in the right direction please.

You use the word Cordless all over this product page.. You are contradicting when you also use No Lift Tilt Only. Cordless is a type of Lift and should not be part of the description for a no lift blind. Please correct to remove the term Cordless
