Rated 2 out of 5 by from Comes with only 2 brackets - not enough The product only comes with two brackets, which is not enough for such a long rod. It should have a third bracket to support the centre where the rods connect. The rod isn’t sturdy enough to mount with just two brackets. Maybe mine came with a missing bracket? I can’t tell as there is no documentation that came with the product. I also found that the black scratches off easily.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality I bought this about a month ago. When installing the curtain rods the brackets are flimsy, the end caps don’t sit straight on the rod, and the screws in the end caps strip the hole once you put it in once so if you ever want to remove and wash your curtains you won’t be able to re-install the end caps. My husband ended up drilling new holes and I just positioned them towards the wall so you can’t see the old hole. I also bought the longer length of rod too and it did not come with the centre mounting bracket like it said it would. These curtain rods also don’t “twist to lock” the length so when pulling your curtains back and forth it extends the rods because they aren’t locked or screwed into the bracket. And on top of all that one of the boxes (that looked unopened when I purchased) had clearly been returned as there was drywall dust on the anchors and screws. Super poor quality and I will be returning (even tho I have huge holes in my walls from the anchors now)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Missing bracket I bought this because I have a 110” window that I want to cover with curtains. The online installation guide says it includes 3 brackets, but it only has 2 brackets so it can’t be installed with any middle bracket unless mounted to side walls. Very disappointed. I ended up buying an extra bracket for the middle

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy with purchase. This rod was exactly what I needed for my 134" bedroom window. I was able to hang it using the drilled screw-holes on the ceiling from the pre-existing curtain rod hardware. It is well-designed and was easy to install and mount. I did hang two additional hooks along the length for strength as I did not attach the rod to the wall at either end. It looks good and I'm very happy with it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Make compromises Just installed this in my living room. I was disappointed that according to the instructions in the package it can only be hung on the ceiling (the brackets are different than the ones in the video above). However I still made it work in the wall. The middle part is a bit flimsy. All in all, happy how it looks now, but you do have to make some compromises.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty decent Looks tidy, and not too hard to install. Only issue is I usually put a screw in where the two pieces join to reinforce them, and couldn’t drill a hole through it. There was no suitable spot to attach the extra middle support it came with, so I worry it isn’t secure

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Returned, very poor product design. Terrible product, very frustrating to install. The brackets are very problematic. It's difficult to get a screwdriver or bit to line up with one of the two holes due to the shape of the bracket. The screws are cheap philips heads so they strip easily, the bad angle makes it even easier to kill them. On top of that, the brackets have an adjustable height, with one set screw designed to keep the desired height. Even when turned very tight, it still couldn't hold my desired height. Lastly, once the brackets are in place, the only thing holding the rod itself from sliding left or right as you open/close the curtain is the cheap little plastic end caps which are apparently intended to be tightened down right at the outside of the brackets, meaning you can't have extra overhang of the rod if that's what you prefer the look of. But, as it turns out, these end caps are very cheap thin plastic that even when tightened down (which causes them to deform) the rod still can slide out from under the tension of the cap's set screw and come tumbling down.

Hi, the picture shows 3 brackets, please confirm it comes with 3 pcs as one of the reviewer said they received 2 brackets. This is good for wall ceiling right?

Asked by: Shar
Hi Shar, sorry but I am a little confused. So is all clear now with the reply given below. Or are you trying to report you are actually missing a bracket in the above set? Please advise if you need any further assistance. Thanks. -- Ricky

Can this be installed without the center bracket and support the weight of blackout curtains? (Cannot drill holes into a concrete ceiling)

Asked by: Mk13
Depends on how far apart the outside brackets are spaced. The tube is strong but it gets weaker the more you extend it.

How would you install this for 100inch window frame? The two end rods combined are too large, and the middle bar is too skinny, it doesn't fit well between the wall mount

Asked by: Sharon
My kids windows were 104 “ and this rod works and fits fine . The thinner pole should slide into the larger diameter pole .

Can you rotate the brackets 90 degrees for side mounted applications?

Asked by: ohtallone
Hi Ohtallone, Please note this Condo Rod is a very special drapery hardware item. For the purpose of using this Condo rod set which comes with only two mounting options; Wall-end Mount or Ceiling-Mount brackets, there’s only 1 direction to install the brackets. Either at the end of the wall or from the ceiling. If you want to mount by rotating the bracket, the purpose and quality of bracket won’t be guaranteed under such condition. If this is not clear and you would like to receive a photo please email us at sales@gcind.com.tw and we will send you a photo.

How much weight can it hold

Asked by: Orgd
Hi Orgd, Generally we advise to keep the curtain or drapery weight within 20 lbs. If your brackets are properly anchored in strong material maybe it's possible to be a little more but 20 lbs. is the general weight limit.
