I have spent 2+ hours trying to return only to find out I have to physically go return them to a store (I do not have a store in my town). Not a good product and poor customer service.

They are very sturdy once installed and look awesome. I will be getting one for our larger bay window next! Highly recommend.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Incorrect color on photo These shades are much darker than depicted in product photo, not driftwood color at all, no grey undertone either. More of a light medium brown. Otherwise, the product seems well built and cordless feature is smooth when you lift up and pull down the shades. Allows an adequate amount of light filtering during daytime while not being able for others to see through from the outside. I will still be returning it since it’s not the color I was looking for.

Can the length of these blinds be shortened? I need only 34 inchs in length for my bathroom windows. I recently purchased this blind for my kitchen and there is no instructions to shorten so if this is possible please provide details on how to do it.

Why would you need to shorten them? I bought them for a tiny bathroom window. They are fine. The extra length stays tucked up inside, I don’t notice it at all. If you wanted to shorten, you could try by citing the strings from the bottom, unbraid them from the length you don’t want, then tie the strings up, but you risk them being crooked. Anyways, the length I bought has about 10 extra inches of length, but because of the way they work, the mechanism keeps the extra length tucked away. I don’t notice it at all.

Can these be cut to size - I need two blinds 20 wide x 52 long and one blind 39 wide x 52 long in Espresso Bamboo Cordless Roman shade

My window measurement is 58 5/8” wide. Is the 60” too long for inside mount or is it truly 60”. If so am I able to cut it?

If you order 60", it will come with 59.5". You can cut the shades to the size you need.

For inside window mount, does the hardware mount to the top or the sides of the window frame? We want to hang two separate blinds in a sliding glass door window well, so we would need to mount to the top. Also does 35" width actually come as 34.5"?

The Honey Bamboo Cordless Romans Shade can be inside(top) or outside mounted. All shades include a half inch deduction so the 35 inch width actual size is 34.5 in wide.
