Within a day the floor was covered with many scratches just from doing simple things like vacuuming and pulling out a chair to sit on. We've had it for a week and it looks like we've had it for 10 years. What a waste of money. The product claims it is scratch resistant, clearly that is not the case!!!! Do not waste your money! Customer service was unhelpful. The store recommends we colour in the floor scratches with magic markers. Not happy!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not LVP flooring —worst flooring I would give zero stars for this flooring. Floor is nothing like the colour in the picture. Floor is not scratch proof and should not be sold as LVP flooring. The warranty company have no resolutions for the scratches. Warranty company told me that someone heavy on a chair must have scratched the flooring. These scratches are on different floors and rooms and the house was empty during the renovation. This flooring is not worth the money. Buyer beware!!

But the problem with it is that after being installed on brand new level floor all the joints are coming apart and the flex from the foam underneath causes almost every short joint to snap. It’s terrible. I wish I could have my money back. I would have rather painted the sub floor. At least it would have been cheap to do if it’s going to look like garbage.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't look anything like the picture As the "Rustic Coal" name implies, it's actually much darker. Basically dark brown, which is a pretty common color in flooring. Didn't notice until I'd unpacked every plank in the box, and by then I'd already started cutting it. Apart from that it seems a decent quality product.

Can't afford to redo it with a different product so I'm stuck with this and as time passes more and more scratches pop up. 0 stars isn't an option .

Being that this is rubber-backed, is there a compatible adhesive for applications where it needs to be secured?

This floor should be installed without any adhesive and use a 1/8 inch spacer around the outside edge when installing it to ensure that it won't slide to close to the edge when you are tapping it. This type of floor is designed to "float" and needs the spacing to allow expansion and contraction that your house will make during the different seasons putting it right to the wall will most likely cause it to buckle when it expands. Also if you are installing a piece and the click tab breaks at all do yourself a favor and don't use that piece I have installed all sorts of brands of locking vinyl and if the tab is broken the two pieces will separate very quickly and your floor will look like crap. The manufacturer will replace any piece with broken tabs as this brand carries a lifetime warranty and if you install it properly and take care to protect it from anything that can slide across it with felt. E.g chair legs it will last a very long time.
