Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing The blind I ordered was cut to length from the back to the front, therefore the tear out was along the front of the slats leaving the edges extremely rough. I had also ordered 70.25 in width since my windows are 70.5. As you can see from the pictures the blind I received was less than 70 inches. When ordering the blind no where in the information did it say the blind would be less in width than the size I ordered.

This product says "no lift" but is that just describing that it doesn't have a lift cord? Can you still lift it up by hand from the bottom?

It does lift up by hand but the blind won't stay in that position. When you let go the blind will fall down.
