Rated 3 out of 5 by from beautiful but super difficult to install I love the blinds now that they are up but it was a frustrating scream fest to put them there. I suggest a youtube search "install blinds Home decorators collection" to watch a good video that will show you that your blinds do not need to be returned to the store but to expect difficulties. Even after watching it 3 times I still had trouble with each and every one of the four blinds. One of the blinds had been previously returned and I am guessing it was because of the same problem as they were scratched on the back. Too bad they didnt watch the video.

We originally bought the cheap levelor roller blinds but after installing them we quickly realized that they didn't fully retract. Brought them back to HD and bought these guys. Looking to do the whole house with them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won't buy any more We needed blinds for our whole house. We bought 4 of these for the bedroom to make sure they were good quality and easy to install. When we got them home, we couldn't get the end caps on the bottom rails. We called the store and they told us to bring them in. We drive the 43 km back and after a great deal of struggling, two employees managed to install the caps. So we took the blinds home and installed them. Two went up okay, but the other 2 simply would not seat in the brackets properly. And one bracket broke as we tried to snap the blind in place. So now we have 2 blinds that are okay and the other two that are crooked as the headrail is not completely seated. We will be buying different blinds for the rest of the house.

Installation was very easy, and they appear to be a quality shade... would highly recommend them to anyone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good and inexpensive option for window coverings Upside: - easy installation - nice looking, simple design - good operation Downside: - 54 inch width only available in 72 inch length. 48 inch length was all I needed - this is wasteful. - the screws provided were low quality - I used a drill to create pilot holes and then a screwdriver bit to put the screws in. The three different bits I tried with the drill didn't fit well and the screw stripped quickly. I substituted similar screws and had no problem.

Contrary to some of the reviews, they were very easy to install and went up without issue. Would definitely buy again!

Can the length be cut to size?

The length on cellular shades can not be trimmed. If the length is trimmed it will ruin the mechanism of the shade. The best feature on our cellular shades is that the length can be stopped at any position.
