The only fault is that the instructions are at best very confusing and at worst , just wrong. First we tried to install as on the instructions and could not do it. Then we did the opposite and the flooring went together nicely.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Unhappy Customer. I bought this item from Homedepot in Langley B.C in April 2022 and installed it thereafter per instructions in my small apartment kitchen. Fast forward a little over 2 years later and i am not happy at all how this product has worn in such a short period of time. There are several locations where the surface has developed 'crazing' cracks and it has spit and lifted at several joint locations. I am currently having to use tape to cover the splitting to prevent cutting my feet on the jagged edges. According to the product it is supposed to have a 5yr. light commercial warranty. There is no way on earth this is going to last another 5 weeks let alone 5yrs. The whole floor needs to be redone. Needless to say i am very very disappointed with this product and feel that i should be able to make a claim on the warranty for its replacement.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice looking floor, but don't get fooled by the weight of the box, these planks can snap like twigs. Also, not every board will fit 100%, you might end up with a "lip" that's almost impossible to correct. This would apply to all vinyl flooring products, it might be helpful to have different board lengths, because once you cut a plank, the unused portion can only be used at the start or at the end of another row, expect a lot of waste.

depends on where the board is. the bottom line is you will have to pull up mostly likely a few other boards to get to that one... and it is never really that simple to pull up only a few.... i would leave it alone

Is there a matching floor register similar to the moon shadow colour?

It is light grey and white tones, so a white would work. I think you could also spray paint one if you wanted a grey tone. Do not know if there is a matching one.

Is there a slight pale aqua in colour?

Can QuietWarmth underfloor heating be used with this product when installed as per guidelines?

Unfortunately I cannot advise you on this question. Personally, I would not but I would suggest you contact the manufacturer and get a more qualified response. I would also see what an insurance company would say too! Good Luck

Does it need a underlayment to be installed when installing on a concrete basement floor?

I recommend and used underlayment for this flooring...HD has a blue coloured plastic one that has dumpling to allow moisture to dissipate below the underlayment...also provides a thermal break which helps with temperature
