Rated 5 out of 5 by from Whisper Quiet I installed this fan yesterday. At first I thought it was a little light in weight compared to other ceiling fans. It was easy to install, looks great and the remote is really good. 6 speeds. Reversible from the remote. Whisper quiet. Installed in our master bedroom it needed to be quiet and other than the movement of the air you cannot hear the fan. It moves more air than any other fan we have ever owned. On low you do not hear anything and just feel the air moving. A great fan for the money.

Instructions are a little misleading, following words too vs. just looking at pictures may help. Just remember to slide on cover plates before attaching the ball hanger piece, and when hanging the fan, turn the ball joint until it slides into locking position… this may be why someone complained of a wobble. Installing fan blades may require a bit of dexterity (or a helping hand) when installing the 3rd blade as the designed is a seamless finish… so they need to lock in place. There is no wobble if properly installed. Lighting brightness levels, colour temperature, and fan speed levels are good. There is about a 0.5-1.0 second delay when turning on.

I've double checked assembly. Unfortunately, I Will be returning this fan. Pretty sure its not an installation issue. Electrician with 25+ yrs experience.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cons: The fan wobbles and makes a clunking sound Cons: The fan wobbles. (It was installed by an electrician and the ceiling mount is solid.) On fan speeds, 4 to 6, it makes a clunking sound while wobbling. For these reasons, I do not recommend. Positives: The remote features are excellent. Having 6 fan speeds is excellent. Having the ability to change the colour of the light via the remote is excellent. Having the ability to change the direction of the fan with the remote is excellent. The fan wobble is very disappointing. The clunking sound is terrible.

It’s great to be able to choose from 3 shades of “white” light and the variable brightness is also great (5-stars). But both fans are noisy when they initially start up, hesitate on turning and one just had such an awful grinding noise we returned it and bought a different one entirely for the main LR. Hopefully the one in the kitchen will hold up better. Also, I was expecting real wood blades - they’re plastic. So it gets an average rating of 3

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks great, doesn't sound so great We love the look of this fan. As well, we love how much air movement it creates and cools down the area we wanted it for. However, we can't put it higher than speed #3 because it makes a horrible grinding noise. Our fan didn't come with a balance kit, so we're not sure if that's the problem. But after taking awhile to install it, we really didn't want to take it all down and return it (while stores were still closed). Besides, we couldn't find it in stock anywhere and we really do love the look of it for the price! We just use it at 3 or lower. It's a nice feature, that you don't have to install the light, but again, if we leave it off, it makes a very annoying ticking sound!! So we have it installed, we just don't use it. It's a very bright light, not yellow at all like in the pictures. Overall, we are happy with it, but there are some glaring issues that some might not be able to get past!

For a room that is about 475 square feet, is the 52” or 60” fan in this model the correct/most appropriate fan size? Thanks.

We installed it in a room that is approximately 450 sq. ft. with 12 ft. ceilings and the 52 inch looks and works great.  I think that a 60 inch would work too but would likely make more of a statement which I did not necessarily want.  Hope this helps.
