Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Experience I bought this 2 months ago and installed in my kitchen. It looked great and I loved the feel of it, it was warm and fushioned under my feet. After a month I noticed that some of the clicks were coming apart and leaving sharp edges. This started happening in more areas until I scratch myself on one. I am so dissapointed in this product and I completly wasted my money. I researched the brand name to contact customer service and all I could find is HD Atlanta.

My only concern is that I picked it because it seemed it would hold up but already there are so many surface scratches . I have a large family and two dogs so I expected a faster wear then the average household but after just two weeks I was noticing scratches everywhere .

Took a couple of rows of laying this to really figure out the process. Not much of a lip and not the easiest to click together into a tight connection that I’m really comfortable or confident with. I’m hoping this was a good investment, time will tell. Worried this might start popping up. Don’t know why manufacturing wouldn’t offer a bigger/ better click lip for ‘do it yourself’ people.

After installing the second row, we should have packed it up and returned all the boxes to Home Depot. It is installed now but we are very unhappy with it. If the boxes weren't all ripped up I would uninstall it and return it. $733.00 down the drain!

Just consider that compared to long wood imitation boards that you can cut at any lenght, and start a new row with the remaining of your cut, you will have to cut at the desired lenght at the end of a row, but you may not be able to use the remaining to start a new row as the joints imitation have to be at a precise location relativly to the previous row, so measure well and estimate your quantities based on the number of boards instead of hsing the square foot calculation...

The entire floor will have to be replaced. The tiles seperate, they are peeling and chipping. The floor cannot be properly washed for fear of water seeping through. Badly scratched.

Because it wasn't sold in stores no one but customer service could help me. No one ever got back to me and therefore i had to go with a completely different tile. very disappointed in the level over service and because of that i will never by the home collection again.

I notice it says scratch resistant. We are thinking of putting in an open concept kitchen / dining / entry way. Is the Luxury Vinyl Tile 12" x 23.82" (in this case...Comal) . How well does it stand up to dog wear? 30 lbs dog. Thanks,

Thanks for your question. Our Lifeproof planks and tiles are scratch resistant and hold up well to most all household situations. We do recommend that you keep the dog's nails clipped to help prevent any scratching.

Hi, we’ve used Barricade 2x2 insulated OSB tiles for basement subfloor and wondering if we should put a 1/4” plywood underlay on top before laying this vinyl flooring as the subfloor is fairly springy

Hello. We installed this flooring in our bathroom and it is amazing! Quick and straight forward to install. Fabulous with water exposure as water sits on top. We have a freestanding vanity on ours and have had no complications. The vanity weighs a few hundred pounds so I believe you would be good to install a freestanding tub!

No ... but it looks nice the way we laid the flooring... looks like a marble finish .   We didn’t lay flooring like the norm laminate start next row with last cut piece.  A little bit in waste but looks like staggered tile
