This product is Greenguard Gold certified (best made for indoor uses) for healthier homes. This product features an AC4 melamine wear layer impregnated with Aluminum Oxide for added durability and offers a triple warranty against fading, staining, and wear. This flooring is 12mm thick plus an added 2mm pre-attached underlayment for a quicker installation experience. For installation below grade, over crawl spaces or on concrete, a moisture/vapour barrier is required. 6-mil poly moisture/vapour barrier must be installed and sealed before the flooring.
