Rated 1 out of 5 by from noisy just after a month installation was a bit complicated but we got it done. after only one month the internal system became very noisy to the point that we could not sleep at night. uninstalled everything returning it as far as i m concerned this is a poor product for the price!

It does not install onto a 45’ angle slopped ceilings. Oh it will if you cut the housing just perfect in which I had to do. The technology of wiring up the remote accessory is painful as the fitment is compromised again when installing onto a 45’ angle slopped ceiling. I was hopeful that I had purchased a product that had the integrated technology where one would not have to wire in the remote accessory ....,,,, Painfull

At the end of July 2019 the fan has died. It started to stop working one speed at a time until the light wouldn’t even come on. Will be contacting the manufacturer. Very disappointed.

box suggests that a longer downrod can be used. we are looking at putting a 36 in one Will this be secure or will it be wobbly/noisy

The product description says this can be flush mounted, yet a customer asks if it can and the answer was said that it could not. I would like confirmation, but if it cannot, the product description should be changed.

Mon toit est cathédrale en pente 3/12, est-ce que ce ventilateur va fonctionner ? Quand je valide l'angle avec une application sur mon cellulaire, ça donne entre 18 et 19 degrés.

L'angle maximum est de 18° par rapport à l'horizontale. Si 19 degrés, vous pouvez utiliser un adaptateur universel pour plafond en pente.
