    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not made for pets after all. I've always used a shop vac, even for the house's floors cleaning. When I broke my 10yrs old shop vac, I thought I would finally buy a real "house" vacuum. I settled on the Elite multifloor PET as it was promoted for specific uses in houses with pets. I have 3 dogs (and 3 kids). All my floors are tiles or woodfloors. No carpets or hard to clean floors. It picks up dog hair and human hair fairly good, but it keeps stucking up into the rolling brush, so we constantly have to stop and clean it up manually because the succion is poor. It does not pick up sand at all and tiny particules neither. Again, poor succion, even after checking that everything is clean and free of jam. We are cleaning several times a week the floors and it makes no difference. It is always blocked. It seems that it is made to clean a house without kids and without animals, and without dirt. So all in all, I am very disappointed. My shop vac was 1000x better. For half the price. Thinking of selling it and going back to shop vac. We really tried to like this vacuum cleaner but... we can't.
